5. Refund, Resend & Returns Policy
We fulfill all U.S. orders through CJ Dropshipping. To keep your shopping experience smooth and protected, Luxe Clothing follows CJ’s dispute rules exactly. Please read this policy before opening a claim.
5.1. Dispute Resolution Protocol
Any issue must be reported directly to our support team so we can process it through our supplier channels. If a dispute is filed via PayPal or other payment gateways first, it may delay the resolution process or result in a suspension of assistance.
5.2. When are refunds, resends, or returns approved?
- Order Delayed: The parcel is still in transit long after the stated delivery window.
- Order Not Received: Tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of shipment (or 60 days for remote areas).
- Product Damaged: Item arrives broken, scratched, or otherwise unusable.
- Incorrect / Missing Item: You received the wrong SKU, color, size, or the package is missing pieces.
- Order Cancellation: You request cancellation before the package leaves the warehouse.
5.3. Evidence Required
To process a claim, you must provide:
- Clear photo or video showing the defect or damage.
- Screenshot of your order confirmation or complaint message (name, date, and message).
- Return Requirement: The product must be returned to the supplier if the dispute team requests it. A return label and address will be provided in this instance.
5.4. Deadlines
- You must open a dispute within 15 days after tracking shows “delivered.”
- For lost packages, you must open a dispute within 30 days of the last tracking update.
5.5. Exceptions & Limitations
- Force Majeure: Delays caused by war, natural disasters, or customs strikes are not refundable.
- Shipping-Method Limits: Economy methods without tracking are ineligible for “Order Not Received” claims.
- Destination Limits: Certain countries/regions are exempt from time-guarantees; please check the product listing before ordering.
- Service / Digital Products: These are non-refundable.
- Unreasonable Disputes: Disputes lacking evidence or based on buyer’s remorse without cause will be declined.
5.6. How to start a claim

- Provide the reason for the claim (e.g., Damaged, Not Received) and attach the required photos/videos.
- We will submit the dispute to CJ Dropshipping on your behalf.
- Response Time: A response is normally provided within 48 hours. If approved, we will issue a refund, resend the item, or provide a return label.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Luxe Clothing, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
